Core Responsibilities
  • Shipment Tracking & Updates: Proactively monitor load status to ensure on-time delivery and update customers on shipment progress.
  • Customer Communication: Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, managing customer accounts 
  • Problem Resolution: Address and solve shipment delays or discrepancies promptly, working with carriers and dispatchers.
  • Documentation Management: Create, review, and organize shipping documentation, invoices
  • System Utilization: Input and update data in company-specific software
  • Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with customers and carriers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
