Full-Time Monday-Friday 7:30 AM-4:30 PM

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

You'll work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects stay on track by reviewing insurance documentation, following established guidelines, and providing administrative support throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Project Managers to support daily operations
• Review insurance documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure projects meet insurance requirements and company guidelines
• Maintain organized project files and documentation
• Track project progress and assist with administrative tasks
• Communicate with customers, insurance representatives, and internal teams
• Enter and update information in company systems
• Prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Provide general office and project coordination support

Qualifications:

• Previous insurance experience preferred
• Insurance adjuster experience is highly desired
• Accounting knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
