Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of approximately 24 hourly production employees
• Manage daily production operations to meet quality and production goals
• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation
• Develop and coordinate production schedules
• Monitor production performance and resolve production delays
• Maintain discipline and accountability on the production floor
• Partner with the maintenance department to schedule preventive maintenance (PM)
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership or operations management experience
• Previous experience supervising production employees
• Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing operations
• Experience preparing production reports and documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production reporting systems is preferred
