Customer Support Representative

Location: Cypress, CA (In-Person)
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Provide product and warranty support
• Process customer orders and assist with order-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Promote products and services to existing customers when appropriate
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support daily administrative and customer service operations

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience or a related field
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of college education preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Comfortable learning new software and systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
