Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse/Forklift Operator to support daily operations at a busy industrial facility. This role is responsible for handling materials, operating forklifts, and assisting with general warehouse duties to ensure efficient workflow and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate is reliable, attentive to safety, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move materials
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory
• Prepare and stage materials for production and shipment
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts as needed
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Assist with general labor duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Previous warehouse and/or forklift experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification a plus, may be provided)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required in a warehouse setting

Location: Pensacola, FL
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm
