Groundskeeper

Location: Natchitoches, LA
Pay: $12.00–$14.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Some Saturdays Required)

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Groundskeeper for a local apartment community in Natchitoches. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working both outdoors and indoors while helping keep the property clean, attractive, and move-in ready.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the grounds and common areas of the property
• Perform lawn care, trash removal, and general property cleanup
• Assist with cleaning vacant apartment units
• Complete make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents
• Support maintenance staff with general labor as needed
