Seasonal Forklift Driver – 1st Shift (8:00am–6:00pm + OT)

Location: New Richmond, WI

Pay: $17/hr Type: Warehouse / Forklift

Schedule: 1st Shift, 8:00am–6:00pm, Monday–Saturday (OT as approved)

About the Role

This seasonal forklift position supports peak‑season warehouse operations. We’re looking for reliable, experienced forklift drivers who can work first shift and handle consistent approved overtime. Key Responsibilities

• Lot delivery — Transport correct lots and case quantities to labeling lines efficiently.

• Order review — Follow special instructions such as double wrap, slip sheets, corner posts, or pallet type.

• Product organization — Return extra product to proper locations and maintain accurate lot usage records.

• Warehouse movement — Move product, supplies, and materials throughout the warehouse.

• Stock consolidation — Assist with consolidating inventory as needed.

• Inventory support — Help count warehouse supplies and labeled stock.

• Truck loading — Support safe and accurate loading of outbound trucks.

• Safety reporting — Immediately report unsafe or hazardous conditions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid forklift license

• Minimum 2 years of forklift driving experience in a warehouse

• Ability to work 8:00am–6:00pm with approved overtime

• Comfortable in a seasonal, high‑volume warehouse environment
