Press Brake Operator

Location: Indian Trail, Nc
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30/4:00 PM
Pay: $22–$28/hour (DOE)

 

A growing manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator to join its fabrication team. This position is ideal for someone who can independently set up, program, and operate CNC press brake equipment while producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment.
• Experience with Delem Press Brake Controls 
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Program machine controls and select appropriate tooling.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot setup and production issues.
• Perform basic machine maintenance.
• Safely handle materials and support production goals.
• Follow all safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of press brake setup and operation experience.
• Experience programming CNC press brakes.
• Strong blueprint reading and fabrication math skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with aluminum or sheet metal preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a manufacturing environment.
