Warehouse Associate / Shipping Clerk - $17.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Associate / Shipping Clerk for a leading manufacturer of aftermarket automotive accessories. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire. We are seeking candidates with experience using UPS and FedEx shipping systems, warehouse scanners, and order fulfillment processes. Attention to detail is highly prized at this location. Pay: $17.00/hour

Warehouse Associate / Shipping Clerk Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and validate outbound shipments
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions
• Perform basic data entry for shipping and receiving records
• Pick, pack, pull, and ship customer orders accurately
• Conduct quality inspections of outbound products before shipment
• Create shipping labels and process shipments using UPS and FedEx systems
• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material movement as needed
• Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment when required

Required Qualifications

• Experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ground Portal, or similar shipping software
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Resume required
• Must be able to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ground Portal, or similar shipping software
• Experience with PaceJet and/or RFSmart software
• Stand-up forklift experience on Hyundai, Crown, or similar equipment
• Pallet jack and palletizer experience
• Two or more years of recent warehouse or forklift experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
