Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a reliable and motivated PM Technician to join a growing team in Midland, TX. This role is ideal for candidates with preventative maintenance experience on heavy-duty and light-duty equipment, as well as commercial motor vehicle (CMV) tractors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Safely travel to and from assigned work sites
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) services on heavy-duty and light-duty equipment
• Conduct PM services on CMV tractors
• Open and close work orders accurately and efficiently
• Perform basic diagnostics and defect reporting
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with preventative maintenance on diesel and gas-powered equipment
• Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Knowledge of CAT, Cummins, and Freightliner software is a plus
• Strong understanding of maintenance systems (M/X knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record preferred
