• Order Pulling: Accurately locate and pull customer orders from warehouse racks, using RF scanners and tape measures. 
• Loading and Staging: Safely load raw materials, cut pieces, and skids onto flatbed trucks for next-day delivery, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure tie-downs. 
• Forklift Operation: Operate traditional and swing-mast forklifts to maneuver long metal products (4FT to 20FT) through tight warehouse spaces. 
• Inventory Management: Assist with stock rotation, receiving, and stocking incoming metal shipments. 
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace, adhering to all OSHA safety requirements and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. 

• Experience: Prior warehouse and sit-down forklift experience is typically required. 
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift heavy materials and perform manual labor, as the job involves working with raw steel and metals. 
• Work Ethic: Strong attendance, attention to detail, and ability to work safely in fast-paced environments, often on night shifts to prepare morning deliveries
