Looking for a fun summer job in a beautiful lake resort setting? Come join our team and enjoy serving guests in a fast-paced, friendly atmosphere while creating memorable experiences for visitors from near and far!
💲 Pay
$20.00 per hour
⏰ Schedule Availability Required
Must be available to work between:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday – Sunday
Flexible scheduling may include weekends and holidays.
🎯 Position Summary
As a Food Service Worker, you will play an important role in delivering outstanding guest experiences through exceptional customer service, food and beverage service, and maintaining clean dining areas.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🍽️ Guest Service
- Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming service to all guests.
- Create positive experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and questions.
🥤 Food & Beverage Service
- Accurately take and enter customer orders.
- Prepare and deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain excellent service standards during busy periods.
🧹 Dining Area Maintenance
- Keep dining, serving, and guest areas clean and organized.
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
⭐ Performance Expectations
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily operations.
✔ Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous food service experience is helpful but not required.
