Job Summary:
We’re seeking an energetic Employment Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll interview and recruit candidates, build relationships with clients, and match associates with job openings to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interview and recruit qualified candidates for job placements.
• Build relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Engage with prospects to promote Express Employment services.
• Match associates to job openings and oversee the placement process.
• Provide ongoing support to associates and clients.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Bilingual English/Spanish
