Position: Insurance Agent

 

An Insurance Company in Fort Worth is looking to add an Insurance Agent to their team!

 

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

·         Onsite

 

Pay:  $15/hr without License

         $18/hr with License

·         Eligible to earn commission once converted to a full-time employee

·         Temp to Hire

 

Position Responsibilities:

·         Customer Service Experience

·         Proficient in Microsoft Word

·         must be licensed in Property and Casualty general lines

·         OR become licensed within 45 days from hire

·         Training materials provided and support given to become licensed!

·         No cost to you for training materials and exam

 

 

Position Qualifications:

·         Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services

·         Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed

·         Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service

·         Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
