Temporary Shopify Implementation Specialist (4–6 Week Project)

Salary: $18/hr.

We are seeking a temporary team member to assist with the implementation of Shopify for a retail store during a 4–6 week project. This part-time role will require approximately 3–4 days per week and will support the setup, organization, and launch of the store’s e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Shopify store setup and configuration
• Upload and organize product information, images, pricing, and inventory
• Configure collections, navigation menus, and basic store settings
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure accurate product data and processes
• Test website functionality, checkout processes, and inventory synchronization
• Provide basic training and support to store employees on Shopify operations
• Identify and help resolve implementation issues prior to launch

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with retail operations, inventory management, or product merchandising preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
