Position Overview
Are you looking for a rewarding sales career where you can make a real difference in women's lives? Our intimate Baton Rouge boutique is seeking a full-time Fitter to join our team. 
This is a high-touch, sales-focused position in a warm and welcoming boutique environment. You will work one-on-one with customers, helping them find their perfect fit while providing exceptional, personalized service. The ideal candidate loves building relationships, storytelling through style, and helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Personalized Fittings: Partner one-on-one with clients to provide expert fitting guidance and product recommendations.
  • Relationship Sales: Drive store sales by building genuine, long-term connections with local customers.
  • Customer Service: Deliver a polished, upbeat, and helpful experience to every guest.
  • Boutique Upkeep: Assist in maintaining exceptional standards of store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
  • Policy & Teamwork: Follow store guidelines and collaborate effectively with management and team members. 
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
  • Communication: Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attitude: Upbeat, positive, energetic, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Professionalism: Presentable, polished appearance suitable for a high-end, intimate boutique setting.
  • Logistics: Reliable transportation to our Baton Rouge location.
