📋 Job Duties

✅ Prepare roof shingles for placement and distribution

✅ Move and position materials as needed

✅ Operate a pallet jack safely and efficiently

✅ Load, unload, and organize materials

✅ Assist with general grounds and labor duties

✅ Maintain a clean and safe work area

✅ Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

💪 Physical Requirements

✔️ Must be able to consistently lift 50 lbs.

✔️ Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, and reach throughout the workday

✔️ Ability to perform physically demanding labor for the duration of the shift

✔️ Must be able to push, pull, and move materials frequently

✔️ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment

🌤️ Environmental Requirements

☀️ Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

🌡️ Regular exposure to heat, humidity, wind, and changing temperatures

🏗️ Outdoor industrial and job site environment

🚶 Active position requiring continuous movement throughout the day

🎯 Qualifications

✅ Strong work ethic and positive attitude

✅ Reliable attendance and punctuality

✅ Experience operating a pallet jack is preferred

✅ Ability to perform physically demanding work

✅ Must be able to pass a drug screen

✅ Must be able to pass a background check
