📝 Job Duties

✅ Assist the Accountant with daily accounting operations

💰 Support Accounts Payable processes, including invoice entry and payment tracking

📈 Assist with Accounts Receivable activities, including posting payments and account reconciliation

📊 Enter and maintain accurate financial records

🧾 Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other accounting documentation

📁 Organize and maintain accounting files and records

🤝 Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

🎯 Qualifications

✔️ Prior accounting experience required

✔️ Basic accounting knowledge and understanding of accounting principles

✔️ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✔️ Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy

✔️ Strong desire and willingness to learn new software and systems

✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

💪 Physical Requirements

✔️ Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer

✔️ Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry

✔️ Ability to occasionally lift and carry office materials up to 20 pounds

✔️ Ability to read, analyze, and enter financial information accurately
