What You'll Do
As a Heat Treat Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring quality metal components are processed correctly. Your responsibilities include:
  • Operate heat treat equipment and furnaces
  • Perform hardness testing on finished parts
  • Straighten parts as needed
  • Monitor heat-treating machines to ensure proper operation
  • Complete production reports and required paperwork accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable with a solid work ethic
  • Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
  • Weekend Nights: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Opportunity for overtime during the week
Pay: Starting at $26.25 per hour ($20.25 per hour + $6 per hour Shift Differential)
