Pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer customer questions regarding insurance policies and services.
• Process policy changes, payments, and other customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry.
• Provide outstanding customer service while building positive client relationships.
• Support the agency with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
• Previous customer service or office experience is preferred.
• Insurance experience is a plus but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $16.00–$17.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
