Roof Tear-Off Laborer

Pay: DOE
Schedule: Full-Time

We're looking for a dependable and hardworking person to join a local roofing crew as a Roof Tear-Off Laborer. This position involves removing old roofing materials and helping prepare roofs for new installation. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do:

• Remove old shingles and roofing materials.
• Help clean and prepare roofs for new installation.
• Load and haul away debris from the job site.
• Carry tools and materials as needed.
• Assist the roofing crew with setup, cleanup, and other daily tasks.
• Follow safety guidelines and help keep the work area clean.

What We're Looking For:

• Roofing or construction experience is a plus, but we're willing to train someone with a great attitude.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, and at heights.
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work.
• Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
