Maintenance Technician

Located in Winnsboro, TX

Salary: $18/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Maintenance Technician position for a local Winnsboro, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues
• Support general facility and building maintenance as needed
• Inspect equipment to identify potential issues before breakdowns occur
• Assist with repairs, installations, and maintenance projects
• Ensure machines and equipment are operating safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Previous maintenance technician or industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work on both production equipment and general facility repairs
• Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, dependable, and able to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
