Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for Robotic Welder openings in Pine City, MN. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail‑oriented, and looking to grow their welding and automation skills in a hands-on production environment.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $20–$22/hour

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00AM–2:30PM

• Pay Frequency: Weekly

• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Robotic Welding Setup — Prepare robotic welding cells, load parts, and verify correct programs before operation.

• Machine Operation — Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently to meet production requirements.

• Quality Inspection — Inspect welded components for accuracy, proper bead formation, and adherence to specifications.

• Fixture & Tooling Use — Position parts using fixtures, jigs, and templates to ensure consistent weld placement.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting — Perform basic cleaning, minor adjustments, and report mechanical or programming issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Welding Experience — Previous welding or robotic welding experience preferred.

• Blueprint Reading — Ability to read and interpret production drawings and weld symbols.

• Mechanical Aptitude — Strong understanding of mechanical processes and equipment operation.

• Attention to Detail — Ability to identify defects and maintain high-quality standards.

• Physical Capability — Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
