Objective of the Position:

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to stack and band products with precision and efficiency, ensuring they're ready for their journey to destinations far and wide.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Stack products in required amounts with the finesse of a Jenga champion.
• Master the art of operating a bander like a true maestro.
• Mark and tag pallets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Lay proper dunage to safeguard our precious cargo.
• Keep things tidy with cleanup duties that would make Marie Kondo proud.
• Take charge of operating the conveyor, ensuring smooth sailing for our products.
• Embrace the call to action for various other duties directed by management and shift supervisors.

Safety:

• Keep records of lots like a diligent scribe.
• Follow our company's cGMP program to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Be the guardian of food safety by reporting any issues to your shift supervisor or company official.
• Take part in our company's sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.

Physical Demands:

• Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs with ease, showcasing your strength and resilience.
• Embrace the physical demands of the job, including lifting, kneeling, reaching, frequent walking, and standing for extended periods.

Hours:

• Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:15 pm
• Swing Shift: 3:30 pm - 12:15 am

Pay:

• Day Shift: $19.00/hr
• Swing Shift: $19.50/hr

Requirements:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED as your badge of honor.
