• Express Pros is currently seeking a Maintenance Worker for a Great company in the Alexandria area. This is a Permanent position offering a Great Mon-Fri Schedule, with occasional Saturdays and Excellent Benefits. 

   

  Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair water mains, valves, meters, and hydrants

  • Inspect and test water lines for leaks or damage

  • Flush and clean water mains as part of routine maintenance

  • Read and record water meter data

  • Respond to customer service requests and emergency repairs

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

  • Operate excavation equipment, hand tools, and other related machinery

  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Valid driver’s license 

  • Previous experience in water distribution, construction, or utility work is a plus

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying outdoor conditions

  • Willingness to be on-call for emergencies, including nights and weekends
