Warehouse Associate

Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM | Monday to Friday 

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Location: Leesburg, FL

We are seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for maintaining adequate inventory levels to ensure work orders continue flowing efficiently, keeping materials organized and clean, and safely operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain sufficient inventory levels to support production and work order requirements.
• Organize, store, and track materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure materials and warehouse areas are kept clean, orderly, and safe.
• Receive, move, and stock materials as needed.
• Safely operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Communicate inventory shortages, discrepancies, or material issues to management.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience required; certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts.
