Cutter Assistant
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shift: 2nd Shift | 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM (Must Be Open To OT)

 

A  printing company is hiring a Cutter Assistant to support production operations. This position assists the Die Cutter Operator, prepares materials, and helps maintain an efficient and safe production environment. Training is available for candidates interested in growing into a Die Cutter Operator role.

 

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and stage materials for the die cutter machine
• Assist with machine setup and operation as needed
• Pull and organize die boards
• Process materials after die cutting
• Read and follow job tickets and instructions
• Operate an electric pallet jack
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, loading, and other production tasks
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

 

Requirements:
• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read job details
• Comfortable learning new equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
