Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (40-hour work week)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble industrial hoses according to production specifications
• Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
• Work closely with your team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train on additional equipment and production processes as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience is required
• Must be a seasoned machine operator with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain production efficiency
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Dependable with a solid work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
