General Laborer – Production

We are currently hiring General Laborers – Production to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in supporting daily production operations, ensuring parts are properly processed, tracked, and handled according to company standards.

Job Duties:

Load and unload parts into the heat treat oven
Follow all operator instructions and production guidelines
Complete daily oven check sheets accurately
Ensure quantities loaded and unloaded match
Verify all parts are correctly labeled with:
- Part number
- Quantity
- Stage of process (example: heat treat, blasted, etc.) on process transfer tags
Monitor heat treat oven display and report any alarms or system alerts
Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times
Report any safety concerns, hazards, or injuries (regardless of severity) to a supervisor immediately
Perform general housekeeping in designated work areas
Move materials using forklift or hand jack as needed

Equipment Used:

Forklift
Hand jack
Crane (for sandblasting operations)

Ability to work in a production environment
Must be able to work in extreme heat conditions
