What You'll Do

As the Assistant Line Lead, you'll support daily production operations while helping your team meet production, quality, and safety goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist the Line Lead with daily production operations.
• Help ensure production goals and schedules are met.
• Prepare production lines before each shift.
• Monitor product quality and food safety standards.
• Enter production data accurately into the computer system.
• Support and coach production employees.
• Promote a safe workplace by following OSHA and GMP guidelines.
• Report equipment, quality, or safety concerns.
• Work with maintenance and shipping to keep production moving efficiently.
• Help train team members and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of production or food production experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using computers for production reporting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk throughout your shift.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently bend, reach, push, and pull.
• Follow all food safety and OSHA requirements.
