Location: Northbrook, IL

Hours - Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 pm. 

 

Express has partnered with a growing company in Northbrook to hire an IT Support & Infrastructure Specialist. This is a unique opportunity offering a 50/50 split between Help Desk and Infrastructure, making it ideal for an IT professional looking to expand their technical skills.

 

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
• Troubleshoot server, network, storage, and connectivity issues
• Support virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, AWS S3, and Azure MFA
• Image and deploy PCs, manage user accounts, and maintain IT documentation
• Assist with infrastructure projects, server upgrades, and network installations

 

IT Support Specialist Qualifications

• 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration experience
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic networking
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
• Experience with Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS, or SCCM is a plus
