Tillamook County - Apartment Maintenance Technician

Located in tillamook, OR

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to provide temporary coverage at two apartment communities in Seaside and Hammond. If you enjoy solving problems, working independently, and have experience with general maintenance and repairs.

Job Duties:

• Complete daily apartment maintenance work orders independently
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and other basic building components
• Perform drywall patching and minor repairs
• Install and replace household appliances
• Troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing repairs, including toilets, sinks, shut-off valves, and garbage disposals
• Replace outlets with GFCI units and perform basic electrical repairs
• Travel between the Seaside and Hammond apartment communities as needed
