Meat Market Associate

Job Responsibilities

• Cut and prepare a variety of meats
• Make fresh sausage and ground beef patties
• Smoke and process meats
• Operate the cash register and assist customers
• Stock and organize the freezer and cooler
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment
• Provide excellent customer service while assisting with purchases

Qualifications

• Previous meat cutting or food service experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety practices.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills.
