Now Hiring: HVAC Helpers / Apprentices!
Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and dependable individuals with HVAC or apprentice-level experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside experienced technicians in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
• Work on systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning equipment, replacing filters, and inspecting components
• Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify faulty parts
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently

Additional Duties

• Load, transport, and organize tools and materials for job sites
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
• Complete basic job documentation as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HVAC experience or current enrollment in an apprenticeship program required
• Basic knowledge of heating and HVAC systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with furnaces, boilers, and heating/cooling systems
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• EPA certification or willingness to obtain
