TIG Welder - 2nd Shift

Located in Greensboro , NC

Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, production orders, and work instructions.
• Determine dimensions, materials, and welding requirements for each job.
• Fit, assemble, and weld components while minimizing weld distortion.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures, scales, levels, and squares to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify and report defective materials or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production documents.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Ability to identify defects and maintain high workmanship standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Dependable with excellent attendance and a positive work ethic.
