Now Hiring: Production Operator / General Labor

We're seeking dependable individuals for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing industrial facility.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading drums, totes, and other materials under supervision.
• Support higher-level operators with daily production tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate basic equipment, including:
• Air pumps
• Valves
• Control panels
• Reactors
• Agitators
• Heat exchange systems
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.
