Seeking Dispatchers

Responsible for Maintaining quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; resolving any customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending process improvements 

Hours & Pay:

HOURS: Full-Time hours - 40 hours a week/overtime available

PAY: $19

 

 

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Coordinators will be responsible for completing the following tasks:

  • All Critical response calls should be checked and managed prior to missed SLA
  • Place each service call from the dispatch box or the phone in the CRM system
  • Assign the correct tech for the call
  • Cut PO’s to the subcontractor if needed
  • Ensure that all SLA’s are met
    • Escalate to management as needed
  • Handle all aspects of the call from start to finish
  • Schedule return trips –Waxprovide quotes for additional work as needed
  • All parts will be ordered by you for your assigned states.
  • Each Coordinator is responsible for obtaining updates on each of their calls and keeping the customer informed about each call from the start of the call until the completion of the call. Once an eta or update has been received, communicate that eta or update back to the customer from the coordinator box and/or dispatch box.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Manager to complete yearly and quarterly subcontractor inventory reviews
  • Work one Skeleton Crew a year typically MLK, Presidents Day, Day after Thanksgiving & Christmas Eve. These are subject to change at any time.
