Express has partnered up with a local company who is seeking a Weekends house specialist! This is a part time role assisting individuals who are in a housing program. 

 

Duties:

• Conduct daily room checks, plus unannounced locker and bag searches to ensure a safe, drug-free environment.

• Monitor resident sign-in/out logs and conduct routine drug and alcohol screenings.

• Document hour-by-hour shift logs and report any rule or code of conduct violations.

•  Transport residents to work or training, and ensure they follow dress codes and behavioral rules.

• Coordinate monthly fire drills and lead weekly Sunday deep cleanings.

•  Answer phones, greet visitors, and document daily donations.

• Lead weekly resident house meetings and record minutes.

• Follow up with program graduates for up to 6 months to track their employment and housing status.

• Attend monthly staff meetings and cover on-call shifts as needed.

Requirements:

•  Associate degree in social services or related field.
• Experience working in a residential setting 
• Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record
•  Basic knowledge of addictive behavior
