A busy, locally owned pizza parlor in Rotonda West is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our growing team! This is a fairly new business that has quickly become extremely busy, making this an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing restaurant from the ground up. If you're passionate about making high-quality pizza from scratch and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards.

• Hand stretch fresh pizza dough to create the perfect crust.

• Assemble pizzas with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.

• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized prep station.

• Operate ovens safely and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.

• Work as part of a team to provide excellent food and customer service during busy shifts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of pizza-making experience required.

• Must have experience hand stretching fresh-made dough (no pre-made crusts).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality food.

• Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
