Express Employment Professionals is hiring 2nd Shift Assembly Associates for a growing manufacturing company in Anderson, SC. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals with assembly experience who enjoy working in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule:

🗓️ Monday – Thursday: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
🗓️ Friday: 2:30 PM – 7:30 AM (as needed)

Pay:

💲 $15.00- $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Assemble products accurately while following specifications and work instructions.
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and product specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment.
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances.
Operate a forklift to move and transport materials.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or product defects.
Work independently and as part of a team to improve production processes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of general assembly experience.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Must live within a 50-mile radius of Anderson, SC.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts.
Basic math and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Stand, walk, bend, squat, kneel, and climb throughout the shift.
Ability to work around moving machinery, dust, vibration, and varying environmental conditions.

Requirements:

Drug screen required.
Steel toe boots required.
Must follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety procedures.
