Line Cook Responsibilities 

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.

Assist with food preparation and station setup

Maintain food quality, safety, and presentation standards.

Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs

Keep workstations clean and organized 

 

Dishwasher responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment 

Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing and kitchen areas 

Properly dispose of trash and recycling 

Follow all sanitation and safety procedures 

 

Floater Responsibilities

Provide support where needed within kitchen and food service operations

Assist with stocking, cleaning, food prep, service 

Help maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the facility 

Perform other duties assigned by management 

 

Qualification 

Previous restaurant, Kitchen or service experience preferred 

Ability to work in a fast paced environment 

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Dependable attendance and punctuality
