Express Employment Professionals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Assistant to support a growing sales team in Adel, GA. This role focuses on customer interaction, order processing, and sales support while maintaining strong internal and external relationships.

 Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company products, services, and inventory
• Communicate with customers to identify material needs and provide solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Enter and process customer orders accurately
• Prepare quotes and respond to RFQs
• Assist with contract setup, pricing updates, and account management
• Review open orders, backorders, and past-due reports
• Resolve shipping discrepancies and expedite delayed orders
• Support account managers with issue resolution and pricing updates
• Collaborate with internal departments including Accounting, Warehouse, and Purchasing
• Assist with general office operations and administrative functions
• Provide feedback to sales leadership on customer needs and market conditions

Qualifications
Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong math, communication, and organizational skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 
• Strong typing and data entry skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities 

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field 
• 3+ years of sales experience and/or 5+ years of general business experience 

Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office setting with a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. High attention to detail is required, and occasional travel may be needed.
