Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

Key Responsibilities

•          Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products that meet their needs.
•          Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
•          Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer shopping experience and increase sales.
•          Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
•          Perform retail math calculations to assist customers with pricing inquiries and transactions.
•          Communicate product knowledge confidently to customers, answering any questions they may have.
•          Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

•          Tire and Wheels Sales: 2 years (Required)
•          English
•          Spanish a plus
•          Strong phone etiquette skills to manage customer inquiries effectively.
•          Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with customers.
•          Familiarity with upselling strategies and techniques is a plus.
•          Basic understanding of retail math for handling transactions accurately
•          A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
•          Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends as needed.
•          Agent and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers!

Schedule & Pay
