Fabricator

Located in Lincoln, NE

This Fabricator role is perfect for someone who loves working with tools, experimenting with equipment, and creating something new every day. You’ll support custom fabrication projects, perform welding tasks, and collaborate with a team focused on craftsmanship and innovation. If you have fabrication experience and enjoy a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this is a strong long‑term opportunity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welding setup — Set up components for welding according to specifications, including cutting material with powered saws.
• Weld inspection — Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to identify flaws.
• Fabrication support — Assist with additional fabrication and workshop tasks as assigned.
• Machine operation — Work with fabrication tools, welding equipment, and machinery as needed.

Education & Skills

• Previous fabrication experience required in your most recent role.
• Associate degree or certificate in welding preferred but not required.
• Experience using various welding equipment and procedures (TIG, etc.).
• Aluminum TIG welding is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Resourceful, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in machinist work, machine operation, or manufacturing.

Schedule & Pay

• Monday–Friday, 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Pay based on skills and experience
• Employees paid weekly
