Leak Tester / Deburing Parts Position

Salary: $15 / hour

Express Employment Professionals of Clarksville is currently seeking reliable, industrious, and efficient candidates for a Leak Tester / Deburing Parts Position with a Fast-Growing Tubing Manufacturer. This position will pay $15.00 per hour, and the hours are M-F from 3:00PM-11:00PM. 

Responsibilities:

• Review work instructions and check all preceding process steps have been completed
• Ability to read, interpret and process product according to work instructions specifications.
• Start machine and adjust valves necessary to obtain desired results
• Utilize pliers or clamp for handling hot parts
• Hook up air pressure tube to part.
• Participate in quality control checks of products
• Lower tubes into a tank to see if there are bubbles; this will show leaks.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by complying with Company procedures, rules and regulations
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance is essential

Qualifications:

• Capable of lifting and moving up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work overtime when needed
• Capable of reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Demonstrates the ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with other members of the team
• Capable of standing on concrete for the entire shift
• Capable of working in a temperature controlled environment
• Capable of complying with all Safety requirements including the use of PPE.
