Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Leasing Agent for a well‑established residential community in Stockton, CA. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong administrative skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced property management environment.
Welcome prospective residents, answer questions, and conduct property tours.
Explain leasing terms, rental rates, and community policies.
Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements.
Maintain accurate resident files and support daily office operations.
Assist with marketing efforts, including posting vacancies and updating listings.
Address resident concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Keep the office and tour routes clean, organized, and presentable.
Previous leasing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) is a plus.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Full-Time | Monday–Friday
$18–$21/hr DOE
