Fabricator / Welder – Stainless Steel Experience Preferred

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Welder for a local manufacturing company in Salem. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with stainless steel fabrication experience who takes pride in producing high-quality work while maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Duties

• Perform TIG and other welding processes on stainless steel components
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents
• Fabricate and assemble metal products to specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, saws, squares, calipers, and measuring equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication and welding experience required
• Stainless steel welding experience preferred
• Experience with TIG, MMA, or similar welding processes
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of welding safety practices and PPE requirements
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
