Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative (Business Developer) to help grow our business by building relationships with local companies. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in sales, business development, marketing, or communications.

 

No prior B2B sales experience is required. We provide structured training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

 

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and connect with local businesses through face-to-face visits and phone calls - 80% field work in a defined, hyper-local territory
• Build relationships with decision-makers and identify business needs
• Learn and apply consultative selling techniques
• Set appointments and develop new client opportunities
• Manage and grow a sales pipeline using consistent outreach and follow-up
• Partner with internal teams to deliver workforce solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields is helpful
• Experience staying active during school (work, internship, athletics, leadership, or volunteering) is a plus
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and typing proficiency
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000
• Expected first-year earnings: $50,000–$65,000
• Uncapped commission and performance-driven bonuses
