Production Material Handler

Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Material Handler to support our Final Assembly team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining production flow by ensuring parts, hardware, and consumable materials are delivered to workstations on time. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to helping the production team achieve efficiency and schedule goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver parts, hardware, and consumables to Final Assembly stations before operators require them.
• Maintain hardware stock levels and replenish workstations throughout the shift.
• Remove empty containers, packaging materials, and waste to keep production areas clean and organized.
• Support assembly operators by handling non-value-added tasks, allowing them to focus on installation and production work.
• Help improve line balance and reduce operator travel time.
• Contribute to increased production efficiency and on-time schedule attainment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, material handling, or production support experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
