Location: South Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

 

Are you looking for a full-time opportunity with a three-day weekend every week?

 

We're hiring a Sealant & Undercoating Operator to join a growing production team in South Phoenix. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll play an important part in preparing high-quality vehicles for completion.

What You'll Do

• Apply seam sealer and undercoating to production vehicles.

• Learn the position through structured on-the-job training with an experienced operator.

• Become the primary operator for the sealant and undercoating station once fully trained.

• Work closely with team members to keep production moving efficiently.

• Help improve workflow, reduce production delays, and support the team during schedule changes or employee absences.

• Follow all quality and safety procedures while maintaining production standards.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to learn through hands-on, on-the-job training.

• Able to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.

• Comfortable performing physical work in a manufacturing environment.

• Willing to get dirty while applying sealants and undercoating materials.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing/production setting

• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting

• Regular exposure to sealants and undercoating materials (appropriate PPE provided)

• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Monday-Thursday

• 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
